The role of the Quality Assurance (QA) department at Fiver Media is to determine if something we've made works. But, like every department here, the unique challenges offered by our client's products result in an unusually exciting work environment.

QA applies an exhausting series of tests to every product, application, or system created at Fiver. These include the three industry standard tests, characterized by the questions "Does it work the way it’s intended?" "Does it work in ways we never intended?" and our favorite "How can I break this?"

How is Fiver Media's QA department different from other shops in town? Our products are way cooler and our development cycles are shorter and more intense. This suits our QA employees – scientists, riddlers, and skeptics all – who relish the task of finding fault, crafting complaints, and communicating those complaints in a diplomatic, helpful manner.
